Body&Soul is committed to being an accessible festival. If you can’t have fun, neither can we. For that reason, we’re always striving to improve accessibility.
Body&Soul is an outdoor festival in a wooded and green area, so there aren’t many hard-standing paths. There are some marquees and sheltered areas, but weather and ground conditions are variable. Please consider this before purchasing a ticket.
You must register with Body&Soul after purchasing a ticket in order to avail of Access Facilities.
- An information pack that will be sent to you ahead of the festival that details all the access information you will need.
- A complimentary personal assistant ticket exclusively for wheelchair users.
- An accessible parking space adjacent to the campsite (you must have a valid Disabled Person’s Parking Permit displayed clearly to gain entry).
- Free on-site shuttle service taking you from the campsite to the main arena. This will run all weekend.
Other Access Information:
Spacious, private wash facilities are available in the Access Campsite. We also have showers located in the Solas Spa and Bath House in the woods.
Accessible toilets in every main toilet block around the festival. There will also be an accessible toilet in the campsite. These will be adapted, festival-style portable toilets, signposted and highlighted on your info pack, which will be sent ahead of the festival.
There are viewing platforms for wheelchair users in both of the main arenas.
Strobes and lasers may be used at the festival, and without being previously announced.
If you have any problems or questions on site, just let a Body&Soul steward know. We’re all happy to help.
