This class that Chris leads will be relaxed but challenging, usually focusing on specific areas of the body that commonly present issues. Through yoga, these areas are activated, stretched, relaxed and strengthened. Chris has a strong interest in the discipline of Iyengar style yoga and the fluidity of vinyasa flow style yoga. Whether you are a first-timer or have been "yogaing" for years, when you come to his yoga class, Chris hopes you will be interested, challenged, absorbed and ultimately feel rejuvenated; better prepared to enjoy the rest of your day, both bodily and soulfully.
