Pete Pamf

Pete Pamf

Peter Lucio Ruotolo aka Pete Pamf will be doing his solo show which he started at this very stage two years ago. Pete became frustrated with turning down gigs unable to field a team thus creating a deep backing track of heavy kick drums and strange noises to assist his current live show. “I feel I’ve only touched the surface of what’s possible performing with this medium” Pamf explains. Born in California’s South San Francisco area it’s easy to hear his Bay Area influences ranging from Oaklands Digital Underground to the more southern California sounds of Fishbone and NWA. Living in Ireland for over two decades he’s worked and played on iconic albums from Kila’s Tóg É Go Bog É to the upcoming Divine Comedy’s Office Politics out this June. Pete says “It’s great to be asked back to the great Arbutus Yarns stage. It really is one of the best stages on the Irish festival circuit.”
