The Dirty BBQ with Andy Noonan, Baste BBQ

Co-founder, and curator of The Big Grill BBQ Festival and co-owner of Fowl Play BBQ restaurant and owner of Baste a company that specializes in creating edible experiences centered around fire. Andy is responsible for everything you see, smell, eat, drink and learn at The Big Grill, founding and cooking at Fowl Play and teaching Ireland how to BBQ on his Baste BBQ courses. Known for designing grills, pits, and contraptions for whole animal cooks – he has traveled a BBQ trail of the world, grilling and smoking with some of the worlds top pit-masters and asadors; building up a wealth of live-fire cooking knowledge from the Deep South USA, to the streets of Sao Paolo and Buenos Aires.
