An inclusive, community music project of young people in South West Dublin, Joyful Noise have quickly grown in confidence and made the stage their home through a collaboration between WALK, a Dublin 12 organisation that supports adults with an intellectual disability to lead self-determined lives, and a Dublin City Council initiative called Dublin’s Culture Connects. Following on from a packed, song-filled and emotionally charged show in The Sugar Club in May, Joyful Noise are bringing “the most friendliest, most equal, most inclusive night out” to the Woodlands stage at Body&Soul this June.
“So far Joyful Noise has done a gig in town. We’ve got skills. We, Joyful Noise played our debut gig with Le Galaxie and special guests at The Sugar Club Dublin on May 1st. We are the most friendliest, most equal, most inclusive night out in Dublin. We want to keep making Joyful Noise!”
