Slow Place Like Home

Slow Place Like Home, or Keith Mannion to his friends, is a producer/performer/songwriter hailing from the untamed forests of Donegal. Following the release of a series of four head bop inducing electro-pop EPs in the space of three years, Slow Place Like Home delivered his debut album Romola in 2015. Mannion’s sophomore album ‘When I See You… Ice Cream!’ was released in late 2017 to great critical reception.

“Some songs here you could actually dance to, others are more for spacing out, but there’s not a single dud in this collection.” – Hot Press

He has played live shows with Perfume Genius, Ezra Furman and Glass Animals and collaborated with luminaries such as Fearghal McKee & The Cyclist. Slow Place Like Home makes the trek to Ballinlough from his home in the Wild North Atlantic Coast this June and we’re more than excited to welcome him.
