Food on Board have an inventive way to deal with the waste associated with takeaway trucks: they served all of their dishes without the dish. Expect different food line-ups to whet your appetite each day, all atop beautifully crafted wooden boards.
White Mausu is a project by Katie Sanderson exploring Asian street food. Perfect for food on the go, her bowls are filled with ferments, pickled veg and her own Peanut Rayu, all topped with a crispy fried egg.

A festival favourite, the Big Blue Bus is back with its stone pizza restaurant all aboard a renovated 1979 double decker. Expect delicious, crispy crusts with fresh ingredients and free pizza for a lucky two names!
