Spoil yourself. You deserve it.

Body&Soul isn’t just about the revelry, we give time to indulgence and recovery as well. Nestled on the banks of the lake in Ballinlough, wellbeing at Body&Soul takes place within the Second Nature arena. Second Nature is an enchanted menagerie that encompasses music, performance, art and zen-like pockets of peace surrounded by ancient woodland.

Once you’re feeling serene and centred, join in with the workshops and classes at the Sanctuary with everything from yoga and meditation to hula-hooping and chanting. Let our expert teachers give you new tips and tricks for inner calm that you can take home with you.

If you’re interested in booking a treatment or workshop within the Immerse Spa Experience or the Sanctuary you’ll find everything you need below:

Our Wellbeing Areas…

Immerse Spa ExperienceCome relax and unwind at the Immerse Spa Experience and sample some of our restorative water treatments. Private, freshly-run baths are filled with hand-cut organic Fucus Serratus Seaweed from the West Coast of Ireland and reviving Epsom salts. Seaweed baths have been used for generations in the care and repair of the skin and have shown to help against signs of ageing. Our bubbling hot tubs are perfect to share with friends and let all your aches and pains melt away or take a more bracing approach with our Cold Water Cascades that are sure to blow away any festival cobwebs. We also provide access to showers, a radiance room to primp and preen, and chilled, non-alcoholic refreshments.

The SanctuaryThe Sanctuary experience is made up of two separate spaces, one to indulge in revitalising treatments and one to engage in workshops and classes. If you’re feeling a little stiff and sore from all the revelry why not enjoy some acupressure, an Ayurvedic yoga massage or a therapeutic Amatsu session? We also offer a range of yoga practices, meditations and workshops to help deepen your understanding of holistic practices.
