Accessibility Information 

For customers that are joining us at Body & Soul 2023 and require Disabled Access please purchase a ticket ahead of applying for your access camping. Please complete the form below once you have purchased your ticket, detailing your access requirements. 

The documents that we accept for Disabled Access Application are as follows: 

• Disability Allowance 
• D/deaf or Blind Registration 
• Blue Badge 
• A letter from a medical professional – detailing the requirements due to a disability 

We will be accepting applications until the access camping area is full. Due to the nature of Body & Soul being a smaller festival, we have limited space for all camping. 

Ground Conditions: 

Body & Soul is a greenfield site and can be difficult to navigate in certain areas. Weather can have a major impact on the areas also. 

What is available: 

• Carer Access 
• Blue Badge Parking 
• Dedicated camping for camping and motorhome vehicles 
• Disabled festival goers with a campervan can stay in the Access Camping – a campervan pass will need to be purchased
