Guzzle Presents: Feast Over Fire

Ireland’s preeminent food publication, Guzzle will host a collective dining experience that will awaken the senses and draw us closer together.
For Body & Soul 2023, Guzzle will collaborate with chefs Tom Arnold & Tom Hayes to showcase the breadth of producers who are nourishing and feeding the island of Ireland. Local, seasonal ingredients will be prepared in the walled gardens at Ballinlough Castle and cooked over a naked flame. The menus will be created with as little intervention as possible, serving fresh produce in each course with wine.
Imagine breaking bread, glasses clinking, and conversations flowing in a setting of absolute culinary mastery.
