Hinterland ( Building Sustainable Food Systems through Collective Regeneration )

A panel discussion to introduce Hinterland and kind of a mini launch of the social enterprise, our reasons for setting up and what brought us here and what we propose to do.
Our goal is to create a regenerative food system that supports local communities and aligns with people, community, and place.
Our current food system is broken, with negative impacts on the environment, social inequality, and public health. We have an opportunity to create a regenerative food system that supports local communities and aligns with people, community, and place.
Our social enterprise Hinterland will act as a catalyst to develop social, cultural, economic, and environmental solutions to the problems in our food systems, building resilience and developing community. We will facilitate the development of short supply chains, circular economic models, and local infrastructure for local consumption. Our ultimate goal is community wealth building, increasing circular economic activity, building wealth and resilience in the community, and ensuring access to healthy food for all.
