Laughter yoga is a practice involving prolonged voluntary laughter. Laughter yoga is based on the belief that voluntary laughter, done willingly, provides the same physiological and psychological benefits as spontaneous laughter. You don’t have to be bendy or be able to stand on your head to do this – just bring a willingness to laugh!
We use breathing exercises combined with gentle stretching to oxygenate the body and mind. This combined with youthful playfulness starts the laughter and as we all know, laughter is contagious! It’s a fun hour and you’ll leave happy, light and full of energy.
