Food on Board

Ireland’s first circular food court, Food on Board is our intimate feasting space designed for the culinary curious. This is where passionate feeders from the four corners of Ireland converge for a weekend in Ballinlough to put the principles of the circular economy into action and celebrate the magnificence of Irish cuisine.

You’ll be treated to a food experience where craft, dedication and flavour are key – complemented beautifully by the association with a sustainably driven programme of talks, workshops, and pop up dining experiences.

What’s more, all of this happens within Food on Board’s very own 150-seater dining stage, Breaking Bread — a brand new dining area with furniture from the infamous Allta Winter House.
